SYNOPSIS

A century ago, Paris set the pace for the international art world. Today, New York is where art careers are launched. What caused this shift? Art is timeless. How can this city of short term profit have so much influence on the world of art? Is it really a good environment for artists? Since only a few are able to make a living with their talent so how do the rest survive?
